This project was a very loose interpretation of a glazed ceramic sculpture by Richard Deacon that was on public display at the Tate Britain. Though very little was borrowed visually, the concept of a shimmering folding screen was perfect for this accent wall. The idea was to make something vibrant and visually active, more malachite.
